The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They were more than happy to speak to me in English. Given that I was going through an emergency at the time it was a huge comfort. I booked a different room from what I got. Which was completely fine. The desk clerk tried to accommodate my booking but I after every thing I’d been through on my trip up to that point t having a room with no elevator access was not something I wanted to deal with. And they were able to accommodate that even if my room was smaller. It was still great.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, close to the train station, the (touristy) old town, and the Place de la Republique. The trilingual staff was quite friendly, the room was beautiful and quiet.

Very well situated for a walk into the centre of Strasbourg. Great staff. The lounge was beautifully interior-decorated and comfortable, especially after a long day walking around the local sites. It was a blessing to have aircon in our bedroom as it was so hot. Very good breakfast.

Very good location, literally 10 mins walking from the centre. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and offered us lot's of tips for the stay.

The hotel was very charming, exceptionally clean with very helpful staff. We speak English, Spanish and German only a few words in French. The staff went out of their way to recommend restaurants, make reservations and patiently give us directions. Location is great- a short walk to the cathedral, restaurants and shops.

Convenient hotel in street just outside the historic city centre, little more than five minutes' stroll from the opera house and ten minutes from the cathedral and art museums. Really nice breakfast with lots of choice of sweet and savoury foods, served in atmospheric breakfast room. Bed was very comfortable.

We've booked the room for 3 people. It came with separated rooms with a good bathroom size. The staff were really helpful and had a correct mentality for someone who worked in hospitality. The location was just perfect, just outside the old town.
