The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They were more than happy to speak to me in English. Given that I was going through an emergency at the time it was a huge comfort. I booked a different room from what I got. Which was completely fine. The desk clerk tried to accommodate my booking but I after every thing I’d been through on my trip up to that point t having a room with no elevator access was not something I wanted to deal with. And they were able to accommodate that even if my room was smaller. It was still great.

There's a private parking close to the hotel, which is very convenient (even though we did not use it because we found a spot on the street). Friendly staff. The room was clean and perfect for one-night stay (for us it had plenty of space).

The staff went out of their way to recommend restaurants, make reservations and patiently give us directions. Location is great- a short walk to the cathedral, restaurants and shops.

Really nice breakfast with lots of choice of sweet and savoury foods, served in atmospheric breakfast room. Bed was very comfortable.
